Joel Osebor is a Certified Mental Health Coach with the American Association of Christian Counselors (specializing in Crisis and Trauma), a SYMBIS Facilitator for pre-marital and marital counseling, and a Certified Faith-Based Counselor with the International Institute of Faith-Based Counselors. In addition, he is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and a Cybersecurity Governance Expert.

With over 5 years of experience providing mental health coaching and mentoring, Joel has walked alongside individuals and couples facing challenges such as marital and relationship struggles, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression, anger management, career transitions, loneliness and isolation, low self-esteem, and personal or professional setbacks. Having personally endured and overcome seasons of grief and trauma, he brings authenticity and empathy to his work, offering a pathway of hope, healing, and post-traumatic growth.

Joel creates a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere where clients feel truly heard and supported. He believes that mental health is a vital aspect of life, especially as individuals navigate the complexities of today’s world. To him, therapy is not about “fixing” people but empowering them to better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and move forward with clarity, resilience, and purpose. His approach is collaborative—built on trust, compassion, and honesty—meeting clients where they are and honoring their unique stories.

He genuinely loves people and is deeply committed to helping them find healing and wholeness. Outside of his professional work, Joel is married and blessed with five children. He enjoys reading, watching investigative films, and leads a non-profit dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities experience spiritual, personal, and professional growth. He is a mental health clinician therapy intern.
